I knew I needed to add strength training to my exercise regimen but had no idea how to go about creating a program. Fire has all the workouts planned. All you have to do is show up and put in your best effort. Coaches are the best combination of fun, encouraging, and challenging.
First gym I've ever found that checks all the boxes...coaches are motivating, they hold you accountable, workouts are always changing. The people are incredible...it's truly like a family.
I am so glad I joined FIRE fitness at the beginning of the year. It is a great workout and everyday is a different camp, which is so awesome. The people and coaches are great and it is so much fun to workout. I can't believe the change I have seen in my body in the first few months. I would recommend anybody to come and try a 30 minute workout and see how awesome it is.
I've been a member for about 7 months now and my wife and I love this gym. The workouts vary greatly keeping things interesting but they are always challenging and pushing you to get more out of yourself. The coaches/staff are very friendly and helpful, making the choice to join easy. They have many different class time offerings that will fit most any schedule. I highly recommend if you want the most efficient use of your time and money to make progress on your fitness goals to stop in and try a class.

Best motivation out there! Who knew you could laugh while sweating your tooshie off. I've seen results I never thought could happen!
